  • BBH Online Store promises to provide the best quality medications as quickly as possible at your doorstep. Kindly be noted that the shipment time for the delivery option you select does not include the order processing time.

    We offer our customers “US to US Expedite Shipping Service” which takes 3 business days for the delivery of the package.

    Our website offers products, bottles, and packages based on the inventory available in all our warehouses. Therefore, it is possible that medicine you purchase may not be available to ship to you. We will contact you within 1-2 business days if you want to make a substitution for an unavailable product.

    Most products available on the website will be in stock; however, due to fluctuations in online sales and variations in our different warehouse inventories, certain medications may not be available. If your order list contains an item that is on backorder, we cannot ship your order until that product is available back in the stock. 

    We deliver our packages in a timely manner excluding weekends and public holidays.

    Refund Policy

    We always ship and deliver the best and most effective meds we have in our stock.

    Therefore, there is almost a 1 to 2 percent chance of the refund and it is because we are very alert and prompt in fixing the issues if any customer comes up with any complaint. We always resolve the issue which does not lead customers to ask for a refund. In most of the cases we reship the package free of cost if there is a complaint against the product or package.

    • In case if one receives the defective or damaged package then we ask the customer to send us the proof and if the package is really defective or damaged then we reship the package.
    • If a package is seized or lost in origin country customs then we reship the package.
    • If the product you receive has passed its expiry date then we promptly reship the package

    Still if there is any severe case in which there is no option but to go for a refund then. Kindly note that the method of refund might differ depending on specific conditions. If the payment was made through Credit/Debit card then it might take 7-10 working days for the attributed sum to show up in your account. We regret any inconvenience caused because of this time period yet its bank’s strategy because of which the refund gets deferred.

    Requesting a Refund:

    If you want to request for the refund then you will have to email us your order details with the justification and valid reason of your refund request. We will reply to your email after looking into the matter and we will reply you and will update you on it in 1 to 2 business days.

    Return Policy

    BBH Online Store always delivers the best meds and ensures that the package our customer receive should be in the perfect condition as per our customers demand.

    However, if you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect package then please send us an emails with picture of your package and call our Customer Care executives as soon as possible or within 7-8 working days of receiving the package to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that we shall not accept liability for any such delivery issue if you fail to notify us within a week to 10 business days of receipt. Once we look into the matter and makes sure that there is any kind of problem from our end then we will contact you and will guide you how to send your parcel back to us.

    Once we receive your package back then in the next 2 to 3 business days we will reship a new package to you.
